SpeakBill is an AI-powered voice-to-invoice platform designed for tradespeople. We provide tools to generate, manage, and send invoices. The Service includes AI text/voice parsing, PDF generation, and storage.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SpeakBill cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Includes 3 invoices per month. Limits are reset on the 1st of every month.
• Paid Tiers: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.

5. Proper Use of AI

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence to parse your input. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. **You are solely responsible for reviewing every invoice before sending it to a client.** SpeakBill is not responsible for errors in VAT calculation, pricing, or descriptions generated by the AI.

6. Data Ownership and Compliance

You retain all rights to the data you enter. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with local tax regulations, including VAT compliance in your specific jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
